Sam has over 12 years experience leading teams at high-growth tech companies, including Fastly, Airbnb, and Venmo. She is also a YC Fellowship and StartX Founder. 

 

She’s an analytical, people-focused and impact-driven leader, committed to cultivating company alignment and a strong team culture. Motivated by building for scale, she’s also passionate about efficiency and leveraging technology to that end. 

 

Sam is currently the Head of Talent at OneSignal, the market-leading omni-channel customer engagement platform used by over 1.8 million developers and marketers around the world. OneSignal was recognized as one of Fortune’s Best Workplaces in 2021 and Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies in 2022.

Reginald Williams, Head of Tech Talent @ Bain Capital Ventures

Reggie leads the Technical Talent team at BCV where he leverages BCV’s talent network to add value to founders and their companies. He also provides counsel on implementing best practices to attract, hire, and retain technical talent with a focus on building diverse teams.

 

Originally from New York, Reggie moved to San Francisco 10 years ago for his first recruiting role at Google where he learned the ins and outs of engineering hiring. He has since dedicated his career to building and leading high functioning technical recruiting teams at Airbnb, Lime, and most recently Netflix where he led Product hiring as a Talent Acquisition Manager. He is excited to channel his experience to help early-stage founders navigate the talent landscape and stay ahead of the curve.

Cole Goeppinger, SVP of Engineering @ HackerRank

Cole is a Software Engineering executive with leadership experience at fast-growing public companies like PayPal and Meta as well as fast-growing startups like Xoom (supported series D, E, F, and IPO) and Entelo (supported series A, B, and C). That covers the whole funding alphabet:) Currently running Engineering at HackerRank, the market-leading technical assessment and remote interviewing solution for hiring developers.
